The White House are pleased to be able to offer the use of our new function room: It is an excellent choice to hold your conference, whether large or small. As the White house is situated in an official area of natural beauty, you will be mixing business with pleasure! Added convenience is the large car parking facilities available for up to 100 vehicles.
We are able to hold up to 150 persons in 'theatre' style, and we can offer a variety of table and seating plans:

Meetings of 10 or more can choose from the 2 course buffet menu (for less than 10 please choose from our bar or restaurant menus).

Terms and Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required at time of booking along with a completed booking form.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and may be subject to charge.
Please give the minimum numbers at time of booking as the hotel reserves the right to charge for an agreed minimum number if booking doesn't reach anticipated numbers.
The hotel reserves the right to change an event room if necessary.
Final numbers are required at least 3 days before the event.
The balance for the event is due 7 days beforehand.
Cancellations
If cancellation occurs within four weeks of the event 50% charge will be issued based on the minimum numbers of the event.
If cancellation occurs within one week of the event 100% charge will be issued based on the minimum numbers of the event.
If the booking is to be carried over to another date there will be no cancellation charge and any monies already paid will be credited to the new booking.
Customer use of the hotel facilities
No food or drink shall be brought into the hotel.
No items shall be fixed to any of the building (walls, ceilings, etc.) without the managements consent.
The customer must comply with all licensing and other regulations.
The customer must not carry out any electrical works or use any of the hotels light and sound equipment without prior consent.
